Check-in time is after 1:00 p.m. and before 11:00 p.m. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Guests planning to arrive earlier than 1:00 p.m. or later than 10:00 p.m. are asked to advise the office in advance so that satisfactory arrangements may be made. To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit is required at time of booking. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival.


CANCELLATION POLICY Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little opportunity to fill the space. For this reason, we have a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to your arrival we will offer a refund of your deposit, less a 10% handling fee. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to rebook the room. If the room is booked and confirmed with payment, a refund will be issued to you less a 10% handling fee. If we are unable to rebook the room, all monies will be forfeited. Additionally, if you arrive late or leave early, you are still responsible for all night booked for your intended stay.
